A ribbon cutting was held at National Sign Corp., 780 Four Rod Road, Berlin, Connecticut at 11 AM on Wednesday, April 7. National Sign Corporation has acquired the 25,000 square foot building at 780 Four Rod Road, Berlin and has relocated to Town. According to National Sign’s President & CEO Russ Hassman, “the central location is the key reason that National Sign choose to locate to Berlin. National Sign Corporation, founded in 1993, provides custom sign manufacturing and installation for regional and national corporate clients. Their client list includes: Filene’s, McDonald’s, Sears, Stop & Shop, Rent-A-Center and Bertucci’s among others.
National Sign prides itself on providing exceptional value for their clients with quality products, the application of technology and the dedication of its employees.
Tim D’Addabbo and Whit Osgood of the industrial team of Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut handled the real estate transaction.
“The company will bring new vitality to the growing Four Rod Road business area and they’ll boost the Town’s employment and add to our tax base. I am pleased to welcome National Sign to the Town of Berlin.” said Berlin Mayor Adam Salina.
