Berlin Commerce Park Associates is currently constructing a 50,000-square-foot building at 80 Clark Drive, East Berlin. This is the final phase in the Berlin Commerce Park development, and it will bring total space in the four-building complex to 208,000 square feet. Space in the building is available for lease with unit sizes from 10,000 square feet and up. The three completed buildings in the Berlin Commerce Park comprise over 158,000 square feet of industrial building space and are fully occupied. Berlin Commerce Park provides modern high bay warehouse, industrial, office and flex space at a location adjacent to Route 9 and just one exit from Interstate 91.
