In 2000, Berlin Commerce Park Associates completed a 30,000-square-foot building at 100 Clark Drive. This building brought the total square footage in the project to 158,000. The building was fully leased at completion with tenants, including New York Fasteners, ASI Signs and Liberty Industries. Berlin Commerce Park provides modern high bay warehouse, industrial, office and flex space at a location adjacent to Route 9 and just one exit from Interstate 91.
