Over 48,000 square feet will be added to the Christian Lane Industrial Park. Park East, a two-building 20,000-square-foot project, was built in 1996 and 1997 and is fully rented. Phase I of Park West, with a 13,500-square-foot building, was completed and fully rented in 2000. Phase II of Park West is a 5,000-square-foot building. The site plan was approved and construction of this building is expected to begin in the fall of 2001.
